I bought four dresses from this company an 3 out of four were damaged one had a runner and 2 of the dresses were the same dress but different color. They had the same problem the hem was out at the bottom. I knew when I bought the dress there was no returns but I thought with the quality of the product I reserved they would make an exception. They wanted me to send pics and I did twice and had to get a hold of them to get a response. They offered me credit but why would I want anymore of there product with what I had reserved had been so bad. I have all emails
