We signed a 1 year contract with WWWI in 1999. They designed and hosted our web site with no problems. About 2 weeks ago we decided to go with a local host. The problem we are having is we can’t get in touch with this company. The first number we have only gives web and email address’s for getting in touch with them, and the other number nobody answers. I tried their web site and it is down also, so they could be doing a disappearing act on us all. We are in a bad situation here! They have the only copy of the web page, and our new host can’t publish the site without a copy. We paid for this site so it is legally ours. My advice is, don’t deal with this company!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER
